Exit4 Holdings, LLC began in 2005 as a partnership between husband and wife tandem Michael and Tannisha Troutman as a full service multimedia production company which has since evolved into a conglomerate offering business consulting services. Exit4 offers a full range of services from video production and digital imaging to interactive training and strategic planning. We work with businesses and community organizations to provide high impact solutions that strengthen corporate branding, increase sales, and empower leaders.

Exit4 optimizes their productivity by espousing a collaborative approach with their partners as opposed to coldly servicing clients. Michael Troutman, CEO/Creative Director
Michael was motivated to co-found Exit4 Holdings LLC by the desire to defy the concept of being a "starving artist" and prove that even "free spirits" can be successful when given a reasonable amount of structure and following a concise plan. He is a graduate of
Brown University '04 with a double major, B.A. Economics and B.A. Visual Arts. He obtained five years of broadcast production and design experience by first interning as a broadcast designer then working as a Producer/Editor for Viacom - Black Entertainment Television (BET) and MTV Networks. He has gained  public relations and community planning experience with his success as a Program and Marketing Manager for Junior Achievement of NJ. He also obtained three years of sales/marketing experience at 95.5 WBRU-FM in Providence, RI as on-air personality "DJ Kinetic," helping the station obtain a 24.5 share on the ever-popular 360o Black Experience In Sound, WBRU's Sunday programming segment after three years. From this role evolved his alter-ego, Q'moshyn, of which he is a co-founder of Hip Hop collective Soul Cypher and an active member of South Jersey-based rap group Ex4 Family.

In his spare time he 
participates in Brown University Inman Page Council, the Brown Alumni Schools Committee (BASC), Building Our Youth’s Development (B.O.Y.D.) of NJ, and the Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce Education Committee. He currently resides in Hamilton, NJ with his wife and two sons Michael III and Peter Corey. His favorite books are Hinds Feet on High Places By Hannah Hurnard, The Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren,  and Rich Dad, Poor Dad By Robert Kiyosaki. He enjoys drawing, painting, creating music, and playing basketball.

 

 

 

Tannisha Troutman, CFO/COO
Having graduated with degrees in Finance and Accouting from Villanova University in 2002 and having worked with Morgan Stanley and Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP., Tannisaha enhances Exit4 with her wealth of operational, financial analysis, and auditing experience. She is involed with various leadership activities including being a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., the National Association of Black Accountants, the Villanova University Alumni Association, and the Institute of Internal Auditors. She also volunteers for Junior Achievement of  New Jersey and the March of Dimes.  She currently resides in Hamilton, NJ with her husband Michael and sons  Michael III a.k.a. "Tre' " and Peter Corey. In her spare time she enjoys sports, reading the Harry Potter series as well as novels by Dan Brown and Eric Jerome Dickey, watching CSI and Law and Order-SVU, and playing Spades.
